Join us in the Bar & Lounge on Valentine’s Day for a live performance from the Luke Higgins Trio.
Luke Higgins is one of the most in-demand session musicians in the UK. He has toured and recorded with the likes of Gary Barlow, Backstreet Boys and James Arthur as well as forging a successful career as an artist in his own right.
When it comes to dinner, our chefs have put together an indulgent menu worthy of your Valentine. Start off with Colchester oysters, followed by dishes such as roasted duck breast or pea and shallot tortellini – and don’t miss our red velvet chocolate lava cake for dessert.
In the bar, choose from a menu of Valentine’s inspired cocktails like First Date (gin, lemon, orange, and gingerbread syrup) or, for a more fiery take, Cupid’s Arrow: jalapeno infused tequila, violet liqueur, champagne, hibiscus, lime, and egg white.
