100 Wardour St has teamed up with POPfit to bring East London’s coolest studio to Soho – and we’re spicing up your life with a very special Spice Girls themed class to celebrate the biggest reunion of the 21st century!
Combining cardio, body weight strength training and a long stretch to give you a full body, fat burning workout that leaves you sweaty and happy. All set to current, upbeat pop music, these classes uses no equipment so you really connect to your body. For everybody, at every level of fitness and every level of coordination.
