100 Wardour St Live presents: Monday Marquee with Craig Webb

WHEN: 27-11-2017

100 Wardour St Live are proud to present Monday Marquee with Craig Webb!

Sussex born soul singer/songwriter Craig Webb moved to London when he was 21 years old to unleash his honest, soul baring songs to wider audiences. Having met his long term co-writer and guitarist Coleman James whilst studying at university. The acoustic pop/funk duo went on to showcase their original material leading them to support artists such as Hot Chip, Billy Lunn, Beverley Knight and Nate James. After scooping an award and becoming finalists for Best Original Song with their tune ‘Paint the Weather’, Craig and Coleman knew they wanted to let their music do all the talking.

Craig has also been collaborating with a pool of producers including up and coming producer Amy McKnight, having co-written and featuring on two of her singles (‘Deep End’ and ‘Mr Social’). Breaking into TV earlier this year, Craig made it as a live quarter finalist on Gary Barlows BBC1 talent search ‘Let It Shine’. Since then he has supported X Factor winner Louisa Johnson at a one off exclusive performance for Sony at The Rooftop Gardens in South Kensington. He has recently performed his own material on the main stage at Trafalgar Square for Pride, sharing the stage with the likes of Fleur East and Amber Riley. With new music in the works, Craig doesn’t plan on simmering down any time soon.

Join us every week for Monday Marquee, harking back to our heritage as the Marquee Club and bringing you amazing artists live in the lounge from 630pm.
