This January, Frame lands in Fitzrovia – and they’re popping up at 100 Wardour Street to celebrate D&D London’s Mindful City campaign.
Grab your trainers and get ready for some of Frame’s best classes every week in January, designed to get you set up for the year ahead in the best way possible. From Beyonce Barre to Yin & Gin Yoga, these are not just any fitness classes!
Our Wednesday classes will be held in the Playroom, so you can get your workout on in a totally private space while enjoying our Soho style and some of your favourite Frame classes.
Wed 17th 6.30pm – Beyonce Barre with Ianthe Mellors
Beyonce Barre: A low intensity class designed to work your entire body and increase your strength & flexibility. The heat raising element fires up your metabolism ensuring calorie burn long after your workout is finished. By working each muscle to fatigue while incorporating lengthening stretches, Barre will give you the long, lean limbs of a dancer. We know music is key to staying motivated long after the burn has kicked in, that’s why we’ve created this BEY barre class. Expect a killer Beyonce soundtrack and the highest level of attitude.
Ianthe Mellors: Ianthe is a professional dancer that has performed throughout America, South Africa and Europe. She was with Frame when it first began, teaching and working on the desk with the directors Joan and Pip. She is full of energy and believes that workouts are always better with a killer playlist and when you actually enjoy the challenge. She concentrates on technique and form, helping you to move and challenge your body correctly whilst being aware of its limits.
