Jonas Karlsson has recently joined 100 Wardour St as Head Chef. Having worked alongside some of the best in the industry including Chris Galvin and Andre Garrett, Jonas has been awarded 2 AA rosettes for his services within food.
Beginning his career as a Chef in his native Sweden, he joined D&D’s Coq D’Argent back in July 2000, and then moved on to Orrery. He left in 2004 to begin a stint of almost 9 years at Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor. Most recently he opened his own restaurant before joining 100 Wardour St earlier this year.
