Tonight 100 Wardour St features a stripped back live performance by Farrah Joy upstairs in the Atrium. She’ll perform a special acoustic session accompanied by Kris on an acoustic guitar. Farrah Joy is a sophisticated British soul and jazz vocalist who has already been picked up by BBC for her original songs crossing soul and pop. Originally from Lincolnshire, Farrah aka Emily Farrar, now bases herself in Brighton with regular residencies in London with her quartet and as a duo.
This is soul & jazz with a modern edge with vocals that come into its own. With influences taken from Dinah Washington, Jill Scott, Lauryn Hill, Ella Fitzgerald, Erykah Badu, Amy Winehouse & Etta James!
